Late Bookings
The busy Catering calendar may not be able to accept late bookings. If we can accept them, an added expense is necessary to cover the added expense of last-minute alterations and ordering food ingredients. An event booked with fewer than 48 hours notice will minimally require a 10% increase. Fewer than 24 hours will be at least 20% extra.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate occurrence of a cancellation, please notify us at least three business days prior to the event. Less than three days, it will become necessary for us to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the full package price. A cancellation within 24 hours of the event will incur a charge of 50% of the full package price.
Service Duration
All events catered by Alfonso’s Catering have service time limitations as follows: Breakfasts and Luncheons 3 hours, Receptions 2 hours and Dinners 4 hours. We will provide additional service for P100/hour for each staff member required beyond these service times. Please discuss with us any plans you may have to schedule speakers, programs or meetings during the event. This may help avoid any extra service charges.
Removal of Food
Any food not consumed at the event will be left with the client to dispose of as desired.
Color Motif
We offer a wide range of color combinations to accommodate a wide range of color motifs. Should you desire to have your own unique motif, we would be happy to discuss your requirements with you. However, we will have to charge the added expenses involved. In such cases, please inform us well ahead to allow us time to buy the materials and have them sewn for your event.
Additional Equipment or Services
We go out of our way to accommodate reasonable requests especially if requested of us ahead of time. We may be unable to accommodate your requests on the day itself as our equipment and staff would already have been deployed early in the morning. |
